The Video Explorer is a video based help system that is modeled to behave like a desktop help system.
The Video Explorer provides an easy way to find a topic within a video, and begin playing immediately where that topic begins.
The content tab displays a list of videos and topics. Click on a topic, and the Viewer tab will open and begin playing the video from the beginning on the topic. When the topic is finished playing the Video Explorer will continue playing the remainder of video.
The Viewer tab plays the selected video, and displays the associated subtitle or summary information for the current topic.
Use the Search function to find keywords and phrases that are part of the topic’s associated subtitle or summary information. Click on a topic, and the Viewer tab will open and begin playing the video from the beginning on the topic. When the topic is finished playing the Video Explorer will pause.
Use the Favorites function to save the topics of interest. First, select a topic for playback, then go to the Favorites Tab and click the Add button. You may arrange your favorites by drag and dropping them in a playback ordered list. Check the checkbox for the topics you want to playback during Playback All. Click the Playback All to begin playing all the topics in secession. When all the topics are finished playing the Video Explorer will pause.
